Label company CONVER Autoadhesivos, in Lliçà de Vall, has bought the machinery and facilities belonging to Wener Labels, a company in Mollet that was declared bankrupt. CONVER, established 25 years ago, prints and die cuts self-adhesive labels for food, pharmaceutical and industrial containers. Wener specialises in computer labelling, which means an additional field to CONVER’s current services.
The company will also take over the maintenance and supply spare parts for Avery’s labelling machines, from Hamburg, Germany. There are 600 of these machines in Spain.
